Can I "upgrade" goofy positive battery terminal

Hi, I recently bought a 09 Fit Sport specifically to build a large car audio system in. With about 7000 watts in amplifiers, I am obviously having the largest alternator I can fit (Singer 280amp) for it as we speak and also am deleting the under hood battery and going with a large lithium battery in the rear of the car. A large distribution block will replace the oem under hood battery. So all that leads to my question. Has anyone eliminated the oem positive battery terminal/fuse block? If so what did you do? What wires run to that terminal and what has to be fused? (I havent had time to trace the wires yet and see where each one of them goes) Obviously all the factory battery, alternator and chassis grounds will be upgraded and the new high amperage alternator will have double runs of zero gauge power wire.
So im just trying to figure out what to do with this goofy oem positive battery terminal fuse block thing. Lol.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you
