Ive looked through all the dash mat threads and came up with a grand total of like 3 different pictures. I know everyone says they fit like shit. I use a dashcam and would like to try to cut down on the glare some without the use of a polarized lens as it also affects night picture quality. Ive also heard some people say dash mat cuts down some of the heat on the interior. Either way i may be wrong but i still want to give it a try. Problem is i cant find any pictures of whats out there. Is there any current gen 2 owners that have dash mats?

 

I bought a Covercraft dashmat last year and really like it. It fit perfectly, cut down on the glare/reflection, doesn't get as hot as the dash, and doesn't slide around at all. Paid $40 for it plus $15 to have something embrodied on it. Just a heads up on getting a lighter color - I think you would get more reflections in the windshield with a lighter cover; when sit something like a pair of light colored gloves on the dashmat, you can see the reflection in the windshield.

I'm using a generic ebay dash cover to keep the sun and dust off of mine. I love it!
