strange reflection

I welcome any suggestions. It's not like it's a safety issue..it's been doing it for the almost 50K miles that I've driven it.

Yes..the yellow and blue lines are what I mean. The red one, I didn't even notice when the pic was taken. The yellow one is more noticeable because it was less cloudy.
I think the red one is a reflection of the interior of the car.
