I am having my 2012 Fit Sport shipped to another state and the shipping instructions say to disable the anti-theft alarm. (It's the standard alarm that came with the Fit.)
How do I do this? I don't know anything about cars. Is this something I can do or do I need to go to a dealer? Thanks a lot.

 

Don't lock it? Or open the hood, lock it, pull the battery or related fuse controlling alarm and shut hood.
