Just installed LED Headlights

Just installed Cougar Wireless LED Headlights, everything's perfect but my DRL warning lights come on the Dash, The Lights work great and there is no flicker and the DRL work great and no flicker. I don't mind the DRL warning on the Dash, I'm just wondering if any damage is being done. I don't see how there would be, I know it's because the voltage for the DRL is higher on the LED's than on the Halogen but I just want to make sure I'm not doing any damage. Just looking for confirmation from someone. Thank You.

Some people put resistors in the line to increase the draw. Only way I know of to get the light off. Of course the increased draw makes the mod pointless in terms of power draw.

I had the drl light as well. I pulled the fuse. Problem solved.
I went with HID instead if led though.

Pull the DTL fuse. I did that to both of my Fit's when I went LED's.

That disables day time running lights though, right?

Yea, but if you changed bulbs, they're no longer working

That's not true, they actually work really well, better than the original DRL. Just the warning light comes on.
