Power door lock question.

Hey Folks!

I'm new to this forum and have a quick question about power door locks. My car is a 2010 Sport 5-MT and I've had it for a year now. I purchased it with about 73K miles on it and I love it dearly, but there's a small issue. The door locks work just fine, they lock when I get going, lock and unlock when I use the key fob and all unlock when I hit the master switch. Problem is that when I shut off the ignition, only the driver's door unlocks, which is always annoying when I have a passenger with me. Any way to program this to work like it's supposed to or is this just a trait of this gen Fit?
Thanks in advance for your attention and replies!

This video is also great if the written instructions don't help
