Greetings, my car was sitting for a little bit and so I had to open the hood and I noticed the clips that hold this in seem to have disappeared. First question is... What part number are they do I can order them? Is there a best place to get them from? (2009 fit) also... Second question is... Since these seem to have disappeared, is there anything else I should double check to make sure I don't have a similar issue?
I think those push pins are 8mm. Just look on Amazon for a bag of them. Buying those from a Honda dealer is pretty pricey. Should not be any other issues that come to mind. That duct brings air from front of car to back area where air box is located. So don’t just remove it.
Our intake looked like yours. They're Honda P/N 91512-R21-013. I never had any luck finding a suitable substitute at the auto parts stores. With my young driver headed out on a long trip, I gritted my teeth and replaced all 5 Ea, sourcing them from the local Honda dealer at $6/Ea! You'll do better than that on line for sure.

Did you happen to change to a bigger battery recently? I did mine and it's been touching the plastic and clips fell out. Anyway I just remove the that air scoop thing for now.
I swapped out for a bigger battery years ago. I think I put the 51r in if I remember right? There were some issues fitting it in, but it definitely wasn't touching the plastic. I'd recommend trying to figure out how you can fix that and put your scoop back in. There are a lot of posts about fitting in bigger batteries that you can find on here.
thanks but Alco's P/N number and Lr0dy's link are incorrect for my 09. I just ordered a batch of them and they're the wrong item. They go through the scoop holes but they're too big for the holes in the hood.
pull out the pins first then stick it in the hole then push the pins back back in
Thanks.. That was a logical suggestion, but unfortunately it didn't work. The receiver without the pins are still too big for the holes in the hood. I'll just order different pins.
