I have a 2012 Fit and the keyfob will only make the "beep" when I have already locked the car manually. If i stand really close and press the button like 20 times sometimes it will finally lock/unlock, but not otherwise. Are there any common issues that might be causing this? I changed the battery of the fob when I first bought the car because I thought that was the issue, but it still worked just barely.
