High oil usage

2010 1.5l Stick shift, 207000 miles. Engine gets through oil fast. Bought it new. 30.1 mpg. Don’t see any smoke. What could be causing the high oil unsafe? The PCV valve is old and stuck. I’m not as concerned about the oul usage as I am about the catalytic converter burning out. Thanks for any input

30.1 mpg is very low for a m/t. You should get high 30's to low 40's.

Mileage can only be so good when you're burning at minimum 6 quarts through a 4 quart engine between oil changes.
An oil catch can with a good breather on it could alleviate some crankcase pressure pushing oil through your pcv back into your intake, but your problem sounds serious, particularly if you havent noticed a leak..
I think your engine needs the full work-over.
