Rev hang
I once specifically asked that question in this forum and was told that a throttle controller cannot remove the (annoying) rev hang, because it is not part of the throttle communication but coded in the engine management. If you have solid information that it is otherwise, I'd be very keen to get such throttle controller.

The first thing I noticed after buying my Fit was the 'rev hang'
After using the 'Sprint', I don't even notice it anymore. Maybe part of that is just getting used to it, but I'm sure it's less than it was before the 'Sprint'
I find that if you eliminate some wheel hop it helps also putting the power down to the wheels. I recommend the Hassport rear engine mount and brace in the back and front. I got the hard race rear brace and this seems steady her up. Make the car stable and helps put the power to the ground lol.
ALSO swap you clutch master cylinder with a older civic which doesn't have delay valve. That will make it shift like an old school honda.
