I need to replace the clips for both the cowl and the rubber thingy that on the driver's side under the hood.

For the cowl, the blue clips are easy to find, but I need to replace the 2 black clips too, which I have no idea how to find.

The rubber thingy I'm completely lost. I don't even know what to call it.

 

Look at a part diagram from a Honda online dealer, then write down the part number of what you are looking for. Then, search on Amazon or Ebay with that part number to find them cheaper than from the dealer.

Check Ebay for entire bags of various clips. Most won't fit but enough will. So you pay about $11 dollars and all your clip problems disappear. Best of luck Clay
