Can’t find Wire for the cargo light

So basically my cargo light stopped working so I replaced with a new bulb until the wire connecting it isn’t there idk what happened to it, idk if it’s a base model thing even then it would just have a cover and I did open the tail light cover and isn’t there too

Can you clarify a bit?
1) What year is your Fit?
2) Did the cargo light work in the past and then stop?
3) When you removed the cover was there a bulb in place, or is there no socket to insert a new bulb?

At least in a 2010 Fit Sport, the wire for the cargo light (and rear exterior lights) runs down the driver's side floor board next to the sill, then up over the rear inner wheel well area. It's held in place by a number of clips. I suppose it could pop loose and fall down from the cargo light area, but I'm not sure why it would. If so, you could pop off the plastic covering the inner wheel well and retrieve the wire. I can't remember the exact order to remove the different panels, but it's pretty easy once you consult the service manual.

So you're saying that there's no wire connected to the socket the bulb plugs in to? That's weird. I can't remember if it's solid wired or if there's a plug on the back, but it seems like your next step is to pull the inner wheel well panel on that side to look for the wire. You probably don't have to remove it fully but just need to pop the bottom loose.
What do you know about the history of your car? If there's no wire, that suggests that someone has been tinkering around in the rear corner of the car, potentially for body work purposes.
Like I said, I don't remember the exact order but if you look at the different panels and how they overlap it's pretty easy to figure out which ones you have to remove and in what order. I'm pretty sure the first step is to remove the panel that goes across the bottom threshold of the hatch opening (where the hatch latch is). Your best bet is to refer to the 2009-2013 service manual, which I think you can find somewhere on FitFreak.

Update: I may have taken my tails off like 3 times and I think the connecter may have gone under
