2009 Fit Lock and Anti Theft Malfunctioning

2009 Honda Fit Sport Manual Transmission

The other day I went to unlock my fit and and lock wouldn’t turn. After searching the forum I tried everything I could, now the key won’t go fully into the lock. Called AAA to come unlock the car from the outside. When we gained entry from the passenger side, the anti theft system alarm started going off. After the two minutes it stopped, but now anytime I get into the car or leave the alarm sounds again. The interior lock feels stuck and is hard to manually move. The master lock button is also not responding. The anti theft light blinks while I’m driving and if I manually unlock the locks from the inside while moving the alarm blares while going down the interstate.

The only quick fix I’ve done currently is unhook the fuse at the battery that controls horn and hazard lights, but this only helps me in a pinch as it also takes away my turn signals and brake lights. I’ve seen a few other posts about door locks malfunctioning but none combined with the anti theft lock issue. Has anyone dealt with this before or know how to disable the anti theft system?

I don’t have a key fob, only the key. My guess is that the alarm system thinks that the lock is set to lock at all times and trips anytime I do anything. Any help or insight would be appreciated! Thanks.
