Help!!

My sisters ‘09 is a walking corpse. I took some aftermarket lights out off her car bc they were draining that battery. After doing so her radio stopped working, then her ac started acting weird. Only worked on setting 4. The door locks stopped working. And now her ac has completely stopped blowing. I checked all the fuses and nothing. What am I missing???

Sounds like electrical issues. The first step would be to get the battery and alternator checked. An auto parts store can usually do this for you. Next check all the grounds in the electrical system. The service manual will show you where the grounds are located. There are posts somewhere around here with links to online versions of the service manual. That's how I got mine years ago.

Since you were dealing with aftermarket electrical accessories, the next step would be to trace the wiring done during that installation, looking for a worn/melted/cut wire, bad ground, or bad inline fuse. How did you uninstall the lights? Maybe you created an unintentional ground or otherwise disturbed the electrical system.

The blower motor only working on 4 means the blower resistor has failed. That's an easy fix if you're flexible as you need to get your eyes and hands under the passenger-side dash. To prepare yourself practice the yoga move called "dead spider on Honda floorboard." There are plenty of posts here about doing this repair. When I did mine I replaced the blower motor at the same time, as a failing blower motor is often the cause of the failed resistor.

They had LED strips in them so they were spliced into the factory headlight wires and of course factory power and ground

@Drew21 Prepare with yoga

As mentioned above, it sounds like you have a few separate issues going on. One thing I really wanted to add in is checking all your head, tail, and brake light bulbs. There was a thread a while back wherein a guy had installed some LED lights inside the OEM assemblies and they weren't after all compatible. Messed up the electrical system causing bugs in other electrical stuff! I'll try and find it. But I'd recommend going through all your lights and removing any LEDs found. And also, servicing your cabin air filter, replacing the blower resistor, and perhaps the blower too if you want to put those issues fully to rest for the foreseeable future. Rockauto's a great parts resource for those - I have a TYC blower myself, and while it does possess a minor ambient noise while running that the OE fan lacked, said noise is negligible and it performs just fine and has for several years. Solid build quality on TYC and Four Seasons.
