No Power Locks, AC, or Radio
Greetings and salutations,
To begin, I so appreciate you even taking the time to read this query. I do not frequent forums, so I must beg pardon for any faux pas. Here is our tale of woe...My wife loves her purple 09 Fit Sport with 137k. Recently, her hatch stopped working, so we took it in to have the latch mechanism replaced. $600 later, we have a perfectly functional hatch. But alas, as soon as I picked up the vehicle, we now mysteriously have no AC, the cabin fan only works on 4, and her power locks and radio do not work. Naturally, the shop says this all has nothing to do with the work they did. They suggested maybe a security system issue, but were unsure. Not surprisingly, we are not comfortable with them taking another hack at our pretty little eggplant. Might anyone have insight into what may be going on? I'm am oil change and brake job level mechanical. Thank you again...very truly, much obliged.

The AC only working on four is the result of a failed resistor pack (I had this issue back in 2011).
Power locks and radio could be due to blown fuse(s).
All of them could be related... or completely unrelated to what they did and just an unfortunate coincidence. I'm not defending the shop, it's just there's not enough to convict or defend.

At least one person replaced only the resistor, only to have it fail again.

Try checking the "back up" fuse to solve the radio and locks issue.
I had accidentally placed the radio's power wire on a piece of metal grounding it out and noticed not only the radio did not work, the locks, dome lights, and a few other things didn't either. It's all connected through the car's CAN bus system

In particular, I'd check Interior Fuse #14. It's 7.5 amps.
I believe it's labeled "RADIO" in the diagram (printed on the interior fuse box cover).
