GD rear suspension on a GE
GD rear suspension on a GE
I have a 2013 Honda fit with swift springs and the rear is too soft. I saw on another thread that the GD springs have a much higher spring rate and that some people have put GD lowering springs on GE’s. Do you think if I put *OEM* GD rear springs on the back while keeping the lowering springs on the front that it would look alright and be stiffer? Would the stock GD springs even fit on the GE? I don't want to spend 300$+ on a set of GE coilovers when all I want are the rears, if I could buy the rears separately I would. A set of stock rear GD springs is less than 80$ so if nobody has any input I might just send it.
I also wouldn't be opposed to GD lowering springs in the rear, but they dont sell rears separately and I’d prefer not to buy the whole set.

Ebay is your friend, friend. I've juggled the idea of doing the crz suspension conversion/swap. Can pick up used springs on ebay to the tune of 40-50$ a piece. If you go that route, don't go buying them all up, or save a set for me damn it!
Don't know about the GD swap though. A thing like that might be hard to figure without just.. doing it. Cuz I couldn't guess where height + spring rate would actually find your rear end sitting.
