Hello Fit fans,
Does anyone have a trusted and reliable mechanic they can recommend? This is for a 2009 Honda Fit Sport with 70000 miles, in the Ft Lauderdale area. It might be time to replace water pump or accessory/timing belt/chain.

I don't think you need to replace the timing chain on those cars...

 

Did you find someone ? I am in Delray Beach and would be interested if you found someone you are happy with.

 

No, I do not have a known good mechanic.
So, I found out that the FIt has a chain, instead of a belt and will not need to be changed yet.
I'm in Plantation. Not close but not too far.
If you would like, let me know where your shop is located, in case I need mechanical work in the future
