So, I'm not sure what is going on exactly, but my '09 Sport's blower fan (behind the cabin filter) is now only coming on when I crank the heat/AC, etc to full blast. At 1-3 settings it doesn't turn at all. I did notice the compressor still kicks on and the AC light on the button glows though. So it seems like something electronic associated with the blower. Has anyone seen this before?

Blower resistor probably!

 

I ordered one last night. Hopefully that fixes it.

 

In some cases, the resistor goes because of an issue with with the blower motor. Smart folks probably know how to check the blower motor (ohms or amperage drawn or some such) but that's above my abilities.

A couple years ago I had the same symptoms as you and replaced both parts and haven't had any problems since.
