Smile Mud Guards

Hello.
I am looking for front and rear mud guards/splash guards for the 2013 Honda Fit base model which I recently purchased. Hoping there's someone out there who still has a set laying around collecting dust in his/her garage. Thank you.

Angry Mud Guards, anyone?

Hatchlever,
I tried looking for mudguards for my 12 Fit, without any success, Honda may not have made any Gen2 mudguards. You may want to try Ebay Germany or Ebay Japan - I would think you would find them there, just use a competent translation app-lication and check how much your credit card charges for foreign transactions. Don't be Butt Hurt if you find that the total cost may be $$$.
I caved in and just bought some cheap, no name chinese, rigid plastic ones and attached them to whatever would hold sheet metal screws. They looked great, until I backed up into a parking space, striking the concrete stop and broke one off. Then there was the time I had to swerve, but not enough, to avoid striking a large vertical object and knocked off a second one.
I'd love to get a large piece of 1/8" - 3mm rubber sheeting and make my own, that would allow some give if I made contact with a solid object. <- That sounds like work... nope.

This question gets asked quite a lot here. Honda made mud flaps for the second-generation base model, which is what the OP has. Honda did not specifically make flaps for the Sport model because of the rocker extensions, although the rear flaps from the base model will fit on the rear of Sport model.

For the 2013 base model, the part numbers are:
Front: 08P08-TK6-100R1
Rear: 08P09-TK6-100R1

Alternatively, it should not be difficult to make your own mud flaps if you want to pursue that option and are satisfied with the DIY look. Use a piece of cardboard to find the shape you want (and confirm that you can attach them to the car), transfer to an appropriate flap material of your choice, flip the cardboard and transfer again for the opposite side, cut, and finally attach.

Thank you for your reply, nik danger
I am almost about to buy the generic ones from eBay but I am hesitant due to the same reasons you mentioned. I guess I will just without it since I can not even find a decent aftermarket that would fit good.

Drew21,
I found a site which sells the ones for the rear, but can not find the ones for the front. I am hopeless in doing DIYs so, I will leave it as is until I find the right one for the front.
Thank you for the suggestions, though.
