I have no idea what Jose this goes to but it seems to be leaking.

Middle right hose

Black dried up crust around the hose

That looks like a breather tube for the transmission. It doesn't look like it's leaking. Which is good because it shouldn't.
It does look dirty.
I would clean it, without making any potential clogging worse.

I ended up cleaning mine. And then cut the tube slightly shorter, because I accidentally got crud in it. I did this while replacing the in-line transmission filter.

I agree with the above poster. It's the trans breather, and replacing the filter may help with a pressure problem. Bit of a chore. Before that, I'd check the fill level of the trans. If it's overfilled, you've got your answer. If you're unsure as to whether the fluid has ever been changed, but feel inclined to change it, I'd recommend considering a fluid from redlineoil. Their fluid viscosities tend to be a little heavy, but they seem to do a dang fine job preventing the problems that come from changing fluid for the first time, late in the game.
I've had success, anyways.
