Light knocking at only 3,000 RPM (Inside and outside video)

2013 Sport. 90K miles, second owner. Only had it for a year and 4K miles thus far. Original everything (Sparks, plugs, no valve job done, etc.)
At exactly 3,000 RPM parked or driving, I hear a rumble and a light knocking sound. Only happens if I hold it at 3K or pass through it when driving normally. Honestly, I think it's sounded like that since I got it a year ago and thought it was just normal sounds.
As the video shows, I guess it sounds louder inside than outside. Both times I held it at 3K RPM. On the outside half of the video, I bring it to 4K RPM so you can hear the difference.
Previous owner said she got the oil changed on time but using the percentage at 15% which might be like 10K oil change intervals.
What do y'all think? Thanks
