Headlight adjustment screw doesn't adjust the headlight

I have a 2009. I had to change a headlight bulb. The aim is extremely low. I have tried to adjust the bulb with both screwdriver and socket wrench. Turn all you want, the thing doesn't move the light.

Does this mean the bulb is installed wrong or possibly something is wrong with the adjustment screw? Can the adjustment screw be replaced or is it the whole headlight?

Typically you gotta replace the entire headlight housing if the adjustment screw is bad. That plastic will get fragile after this many years, especially being so close to the heat from the engine bay. Thankfully replacements are cheap!

Eagle Eyes, TYC, and Dorman are all good options
