I'm awaiting the delivery of my new 09 Fit sport in the next week or so. Does anyone know if floormats are standard? If not I'm going to order some now from collegehills along with some other goodies.

When I ordered mine the other day I was told that mats are included on the Sport, not sure about the Base model.

No mats come in either trim. In fact, I've been calling all dealers in my area and they all say they're not out yet, but soon.

 

Well, glad I had the dealer confirm this in writing to me, so if they're not standard then he's coughing them up for me when my car arrives next week!

 

Yea.. if you have that in writing, hold them to it! I just bought mine from collegehills and they arent all that cheap.

 

Since the dealer wouldn't budge any lower than $1K over MSRP (their 'normal' ADM is $3k for now), I have to get something out of the deal! I made sure he put the mats (and cargo cover) in the price, even though he said mats were std.

 

I just picked up my "09 Sport a couple hours ago. Floor mats are NOT std!!! (cheap skates!)

I got my Fit on Sat and I had ordered the all season floor mats from them.
They were in the back of the car I installed them later that day.

 

got my floormats included with my deal...

 

Same here... they were part of an internet special that I got since my first contact was through email.

You could probably totally bargain for them.

 

Seems like some parts of the country had supply. Can't find them here in L.A., though my salesguy is getting them for me at his cost and he told me they should be coming in in the next day or 2.

 

Floor mats weren't standard on mine, which I bought on Tuesday. Dealership didn't even have any yet.
