OK, I need some help on a few minor things to start on my first mods:

1) How do you remove the front dome light cover? (so I can access wiring to hardwire a Valentine One radar detector.) I pulled on it with some muscle, but it didn't come off - didn't want to break anything, so I stopped.

2) How do we kill the DRL's? On Subaru's there's a moduel under the dash near the steering column that gets pulled.

3) What are the model codes for the light bulbs in the 2009 Fit (primarily headlight, turn signals, fog lights, dome lights.) A couple sites I usually reference don't have 2009 info yet.

I was gonna say Progress rear sway bar, but it's an '09. Not sure now.

 

I think I read recently pulling fuse #15 kills the DRL's.

 

I am going to assume they're going to utilize the same model numbers from 07-08:

Well yesterday (day 2 of ownership) was a busy day, and besides geting the windows tinted, I also:

> Killed the DRL's (thanks for the fuse-pull tips!)

> Replaced the headlamps with Sylvania 9003SU Ultras

> Hardwired the Valentine One, tapping the reading lamp power wire.

In case anyone is wondering, using a small screwdriver you just gently pop out the front reading lamp covers/switches to gain access to the screws holding the lamp assembly in place.

Now I just have to make a stinkin' decision on WHEELS!
