find out the address from that tag # then mix some battery acid with paint thinner then gasoline with brake cleaner, then some tranny fluid alcohol, then mix them all together, take a trip to that address, shake mixure(do not let mixure get onto skin and do not breath) and pour over truck and presto, you get paint soup. The best part is the paint will more than likely never bond again in the area where it was poured. Could also be poured into gas tankfor more damage. But thats just my ignant ghetto ass 2cents.

One more thing to keep in mind - if you drive your car long enough, rock chips are inevitable. A clear bra with help, but eventually, something big enough to either chip through it (or even dent) will happen. Cars are meant to be driven, chips are normal. My view is avoid them as much as possible by driving smart, learn how to do a decent touch-up when you get one, and don't let them bug you or get you down.
