HID installation => pulling high beam fuse?

HID installation => pulling high beam fuse?
is it necessary to pull the high beam fuses as well if im installing an HID kit that only comes with low beams? what about a HID lo / Halogen Hi setup? And someone mentioned pulling fuse #15 will trigger the DRL light to come on inside the dash. Anyway to fix that?
