Canada sucks (iPod help)

Since the 09 sports didn't come with navigation up here in Canada we have the standard USB plug in for our iPods. Unfortunately I don't really like scrolling for 20 minutes through the head unit, nor do I like physically disconnecting and plugging the iPod back in to select music. Is there some sort of adapter that plugs into the iPod and then into the port that allows me to scroll through my iPod to select songs ?

Thanks!

You have an aux plug right? Just buy a dual-male aux cord. That way you can control your music through the ipod. I just got one and it works great.

I have no issues with any ipods on my sport model. I have a older 8 gig, works great, a new 16 gig, worls great and the iphone also works in my car. But I hate ipods so I use my 8 gig travel stick ftw

I agree the scrolling can be a hassle if you want to find a specific song, and don't have handy playlists set up (currently I have to search by artist and there are hundreds on my iPhone).

The scrolling should work better, but setting up handy playlists might help, which I've been too lazy to do. I just leave it in random mode and hit >> a lot.
