While waiting for my Jazz I spent some time reading the forum, and I think I recall reading that the USB connector of the Jazz is placed in the glove box - which is clever if you don't want to flash your expensive iPod to everybody when it's parked!

But now I looked through the brochure I got from the dealer, and according to that, the USB connectore is placed next to the 12 V outlet (in the center console).

Can someone clear up, where the connector is, or if it differs for different versions (countries?). I'm reeeally hoping it's the glove box, but I get it's unlikely given the text and picture in the brochure

 

not sure about the EU Jazz but in USA the navi unit
comes with a audio jack next to the Cig Lighter and the usb
in the glove box.
the sport non navi comes with the usb in the glove box also but
the audio jack in right on the bottom right corner of the radio
itself.

Thanks! So the US models always have the USB in the glove box... From your description the audio jack in the navi version is where the usb is shown in the brochure.

The USB is next to the cigarette lighter - not in the glove box

Yes, heated seats are standard in the "Exclusive" - not that I'm gonna use them much (I hope), since I got a car heater installed. Almost can't wait for winter to come to test it

 

well you can still put it in the glove box. just run it there and drill
a hole to put it in there. wire should be long enough
to relocate. as for the hole you will leave behind at the bottom.
just add your self another cigar lighter.
