Haha...yea, she'll be "chasing pavements" but I hadn't thought about that...it's awesome.
I always name my cars after female singers and she's my recent favorite to listen to ...so it just happened.

LOL and yes...I am a white female, and yes...I modify cars. My latest car, the 06 EX was the only car I've had that I didn't modify.

But the fit will see mods...it will take time though.

Install tomorrow! Whooot whooot!

Only thing that freaks me out is that it came with 1 rubber hanger. Labeled "b"...can't find any reference to it on the instructions. Any ideas?

Hey I got the exhaust installed--

It's pretty quiet, but to me--inside the cabin, it is just perfect.

I'm going to get someone to drive it for me while I'm outside so I can hear it from the outside. I really love it though! Couldn't be happier!

Superb...

I'm thinking to install this muffler again.
this time forever.

I love the sound.
Does your HKS is HKS silent hi-power, or just hi-power without silence?

How can you drive it where you live with out covering the front end with smashed bugs?... I can tell that it isn't because you drive in reverse all the time besides there are no bugs there either...... It is a beauty.

LOL...yea, I only get bugs on it if I drive it at night (which I don't really do that often--usually only on Friday nights, but now that football is over...lol).

Buuut, what I usually do when I do get quite a few squished bastards on her, I get out the quick detailer, microfiber cloth and spray and spray and lube her all up and wipe those sumbitches right off.

I also gave her front end a good wax a few months ago, so that helps to get them off easier.

Just a little update--the HKS has gotten louder and sounds SOOO SWEET! I freaking love it! It just purrs when started and at idle and when I get on it, it ROARS (for a fit) and sounds great! No droning at highway speeds. The hi-power (hipower for search purposes) has made me one happy Fit Freak!

Taffeta White is to me the best color for the GE8.... I can't believe that you were thinking about getting a blue one.... I looked to see if I saw your car in G.B.C. last Tuesday.... It was the Marine Corps B'day and I celebrated at the V.A. pain management clinic and stopped to see a friend in G.B.C.... It turned out he was at the V.A. in Dallas but had an afternoon appointment.... I'll run into you sometime but not literally I hope.

Now you are getting me excited. Any chance of some video to hear it?

While I would hate to give up the Sport tip the HKS is not bad. Not too big. It fits nicely.

bill

ps Nice tails. I am working on getting mine.

I can get you some vids if you want but there are quite a few on youtube.

I do not regret this purchase at all!

And TexCoyote--yeap, we'll see each other one of these days. Just keep up to date on my mods so you'll know if it is really me you see ;-)

Talking HKS Silent Hi Power

Maybe you can check this one...

YouTube - HKS Hi-power on L15A engine 09 Honda Fit/Jazz GE8

Or this one is my very own video, when I tested run on circuit.
I'm sorry for the awful video. Using standard digital camera and my friends didn't have a steady hand haha...

Thanks Shiro. I just got a quote from a Canadian supplier - $450 Cdn + taxes. Are these things made out of gold or what?

Thought I'd share a few pics of Adele freshly bathed.
I should have some nice ones after Thanksgiving (going on a lil road trip and plan to make some stops)

Need to lighten this one up...anyone good at photoshop?
