12 volt outlet help please ???

12 volt outlet help please ???
Does anyone know how to remove the 12 volt outlet from the panel under the dash ? I have the lower panel off that includes the 12 volt outlet but not sure how to remove the outlet itself. Anyone have any ideas ?

it's just snapped in place if I remember right... hold open the flap in front and push the whole thing out through the front.

tried that, did not budge.

does anyone have the part # for the plastic cover assembly ? I got my outlets, just no flap.
