I just got my 09 T/W Fit Sport Automatic as well! Only had it for a day and I love mine as well!

You are so right. We don't really factor the price of gas into our trip planning anymore. Whether gas is cheap or expensive, consumption is so low compared to our past cars that it just doesn't matter that much.

On trips, the bladder fills before the tank empties.

Congrats to you! I've had mine for about three months and I still say it to the car every time- I love you!

As for gas, I figured I cut my gas fillups in half and that's holding true. And I can now let the tank run down to under a 1/4 tank and STILL only pay 23 bucks for the fillup. My last car, I made a habit of filling up at just under half a tank. I considered the half way mark as my empty mark, and THAT was 25-30 bucks- every five days or so. Cutting gas in half figures right into the loan budget too. So far, the Fit has been an absolute champ. Enjoy yours!
