My cargo cover gaps on the plastic door's cover!
Any idea, how can I fix it?

 

Actually, what might be the cause of the noise from the cargo cover are the plastic bolts that stick out and are used to hold the cargo cover near the rear seat. This was where my noise was coming from. I used 2-3" of electrical tape wrapped around the "bolt", and it held the cargo cover in place and prevented that annoying weird clicking sound from the back.

If that doesn't help, maybe 3/8th or 1/2" closed cell foam tape could eliminate that gap?
