Just had to share this!

What were the odds of me finding my exact car (including color) that I traded in during Cash for Clunkers being highlighted on Top Gear! Too funny!

I've never seen a motorjounalist so in love with the sound of his own voice and the drivel he spews.

As if the British auto industry didn't build some colossal turkeys during the 70's.

Funny how Jeremy says the car was poorly made, but it's still on the road!

A friend of mine was a British Leyland dealer in St. Louis in the early '70s. He said they sweated every delivery because it was almost impossible to get everything working on a car so they could get it off the lot.

The reason this clown had to drive a Lincoln is that he couldn't find a Jag that would run.

Cheers.

Yeah, he has 80's hair, but the car doesn't look bad other than the worn springs.

Nah, he's right. It's a pretty crappy car. Reminds me of how cars used to be built so stiff that even a 45 mph accident would kill you because the steering shaft would impale you since it didn't collapse like in modern vehicles.
