Fit + Droid = GO
thanks for the tip...i know about usb mass storage. i've done it this way...pc mode...usb mass storage...charge only...
in mass storage mode...it says "unsupported device" on the stereo screeen. under pc mode...it says "usb load" or something like that but nothing happens.
the reason i ask about rebooting into recovery is, u are able to mount the sd card without loading the OS on the phone which I thought would be conflicting with the stereo which gives the unsupported device message.

your phone is free to be...a phone
quick question for you android users...
when you're playing music from a mounted card on the USB input, do the google navigation voice prompts come from the phone or through the car speakers?
how about if you're plugged into the normal headphone aux-in?

I am having the same problem with my android 2 global. When plugging to the Ups and set to Ups mass storage it is saying unsupported on the car. It worked fine once before but never again. When I press the phone it says sd card is busy. I tried using other sd card but the same thing. I tried unmounting the card and replacing it and the same thing. The songs play fine when not plugged in. My ipod plays fine when plugged to it. Any suggestions? Thanks
