k series the only option?

Question k series the only option?

i was wondering since the b series motors are so much smaller than the k series y hasnt hasport made a kit for the fits?? i love my fit i just wish it had a little more power. i had a h22eg hatch that i loved but no a/c in humid ass summer killed me. does anybody have any info? thanks

you can put a b series into a fit, but many states require the engine to be newer than the car for it to be legal. so that only leaves a k20

cause not alot of people brought any for the GD so they arent making it for the GE, its all about the money!

For B series? Never, and I would bet a paycheck on that.

For a K motor? I think it's only a matter of time.

It will be a long time before they make K mounts for the GE. When I talked to them about the phone about GD parts they didnt seem like they really cared about fits. lol

turbo would be the way to go in my opinion because of the way the manifold is setup.

I saw a brand new car with less than 400 km on speedometer was swapping its L15A with K20A.

A supercharger or turbo isn't going to net you big HP on a 1.5 liter SOHC engine. With something like the K20, if it ever can be throw in a fit, you can get 500 whp on pump gas.

Obviously our engines were built for gas mileage, not boost.

I have never heard this ever but how would they know if you had another motor anyway
