need help mabe tranmission

hey guys need help my car is lowered and i was on the way to hosptial ER when i hit a dip didnt see it was going bout 40mph got a little air born and now my car check engine light came on with the d light blinking my car is automactic my s mode and paddle shifters dont work and when i was driving home from ER it seems my 5th gear wont engage high rpm at 3,000 going about 55 and o yea my girl is prego

wow.. i would take it to the dealer to get checked out.. i have a 5spd AT with paddels aswell.. congrats on soon becoming father

Is it leaking ATF? Hook a code scanner to it or have it towed somewhere to run the code.. you fubared something!

If you take it back to the dealer, they will not honor the warranty since you lowered the car. May be put it back to stock before have the dealer checking it out.

Pull the battery ground cable and see if the CEL will reset before you do anything else.... That may be all you need to do.... There seems to be a couple of other GEs with A/T that are having similar problems, one is also in Texas... Dropping down to low can cause a lot of problems.

First and foremost, I'd jack it up and make sure you're nothing's cracked underneath. Doesn't sound good, but I hope everything works out. Congrats on being a father!
