And for those concerned about the height, it can be a lil bit of a strain on the shoulder if you put on the stock knob. I added the mishimoto/rockstar shift knob Here
(summit racing) which weighs like 600 grams and sorta cancels out the height savings for speedier shifting. I'm pretty darned happy with it. is still lower, and crazy heavy, plus doesnt get hot in the sun and comfy.
I wrenched the heck outta the plastic adapter fitting into the knob to make the knob sit low enough to touch the leather.. cover chingaderas. can take a pic if theres interest.
