I drew up a 'real life scale' schematic for this heat shield design as provided by MADMAN-_-zZ here:
AutoCAD DWG file and 4 part PDF (So you can print the 4 pages 11"x17", tape together and use as cutting template in case you dont have a large format drafting plotter handy):
