Best price paid for a fit?
Im looking at buying fit sport automatic, I like the car but want to know what to expect to pay. Were looking at a 2010 fit sport, auto, with limited/minimal adds on. were in los angeles CA. Whats the best price we can get? How low will honda go? Any help is appreciated. We have great credit and will put about 3-5k down.
Thanks

Just bought my fit today!
New Cars Pricing and Comparisons Local, Regional and National Car Price Reports at TrueCar
i used this site, however... there are a few things you should know about.
Alarm come separate! the dealership will hustle you AFTER you make a deal for the final price. Alarm will cost you 200-600 dollars extra! remember to take this into account! Tax is a given to take into account.
I think when everything was said and done it was a bit over 18k for a honda fit sport no navi auto.
we paid $1000 down and we're going to pay around 322 a month for 5 years.
check out the site, don't get hustled!

There is a thread on it here: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...-your-fit.html
I paid $16,600 + fees and tax for an 09 a/t fit sport that I purchased in July. Came with cargo tray, pinstripes and wheels locks.

I Paid $16,500 if I remember correctly (including destination) for a Fit Sport 5MT. not a bad deal but nothing exceptional. I did however get the dealer to bump up my trade in value by $2000 so while the OTD Price may not be as good as others, the trade made up for it.

My suggestion is to make some calls and then when you go in to the lots look around and check the manufacture dates on the drivers door sticker. If you find one you like that is over 30 preferably 60 days old then you have a good chance to haggle rather steeply.

Sure it is as long as they can afford the monthly cost to pay the lean off and don't mind paying interest for it.
However I would agree as a rule it's best to put down as much as possible to pay the least interest possible.

My wife was looking for a new car and I was happy with my '98 CR-V till we found a credit union repo of a red '09 MT base Fit with 4229 miles. They listed it for 15k and were taking bids. I got it for 12k. Wife loved it but can not drive a MT so it was mine.
