Newcomer fit of Dallas
I've been browsing the forums for a while then when my "Aircheck Texas" came in, I started looking for Fits and was really particular to a 07' but ended up signing for a 08' Sport GD3 for $11,500 @ 37,533Miles from "Van Chevrolet".
I heard alot of bad talk at VanChevroletsucks.com and how they did business was horrible. I'm not a huge car guru but I think I know a little bit to get by and yes I know Google is my friend. But my question is "Is there anything specifically I should be looking for that may be bad in this car(my friend said hondas tend to start warping because people don't check the oil)?" I just drove it home and paid it off in full cash today but signed the contract yesterday evening.
As far as getting anything for it, I'm probably just going to get those "stant" gas cover locks and a larger rear view mirror(I think the only negative is that I have trouble looking for my blind spot in this car compared to my trade-in camryLE95')
There are no floor mats =[, but the front windshield is so tall, I suction cupped my GPS at 7o'clock angle from the rear view mirror.

But I don't get why people have so much pride between GD and GE @_@ does it matter that much?

Welcome to the forum.
Other than some needing to change their coil packs out around the 75k-100k mile range, not too much has been reported going wrong with the GD3 from what I've been reading here.
