Picked up my 2011 Base Manual Alabaster Silver Fit Tuesday night. Dealership was super busy. Traded in my 2009 Base Manual Fit +$3000 for the new one. I didn't even know what the numbers were until I was checking out in the finance office. I ended up getting 13k for mine and he charged me 16k for the new one so he ran both figures up a bit but I guess that makes sense to do it that way.

Love the 2011!! I was looking for info on the recall on honda's site and spotted the alabaster silver. Then I found out the base now comes with cruise control, VSA, Keyless and the USB interface for about the same MSRP as my 2009.

Wasn't sure if I'd like the VSA but it's great. Now I can pull right out of my street without spinning the inside tire. I wish it had a sport mode where it just helped out the handling instead of saying "hey lets take it easy". I definitely slows you down a bit if you're starting to slide but it's not so intrusive that I'd feel the need to shut it off. Maybe for an auto-x.

Ha that's kinda funny... I still have my other car which is black (Dodge Stealth) and black is tough to keep clean so this time I went white. Also, white seems to keep clean longer. Even with a lot of fine dust and dirt accumulating on your paint it still looks fairly clean (unless it's clumped up dark dirt)... you know like after a light rain. But I'm in SoCal where it hardly rains so I'm better off with white.

 

picked up a 2011 MT Sport in silver few days ago..

 

I bought a new 2011 Polished Metal Metallic Fit Sport a couple weeks ago from my local dealer. Had 5 miles on it and they were originally saying that they had a $500 mark up on the sticker price of $18,495 so it was going to be over $19k before T/T/T. I was trading in my '01 Subaru Outback with 185k and was starting to develop some rust, to begin with they were offering me $2,200 but I talked them into giving me $2,900 and talked them down on the Fit. I was able to get mine for $16,100 OTD so I was pretty happy with that Like the other guy with the Subaru, I was afraid mine was going to die before I made it to the dealership so I took the offer and ran!

 

Bought my 2011 fit sport m/t last week for about 18k otd! Love it! My first new car purchase and couldn't be happier.

 

Well as mentioned in this thread, my 07 BOM 5MT Sport was in an accident, and eventually declared a total loss.

Today I picked up the replacement, a 2011 Vortex Blue Sport AT (going to be the gf's car once I graduate).
I paid $17,800 + TTL
Still getting used to driving an AT after 80k miles in the BOM.

My bad... forgot to include the pic of mine when I posted. It's almost 3 weeks old now. I got it tinted on Saturday. Picked up a cheap 16gb USB thumb drive for some tunes yesterday. A locking gas cap and bumper protector/applique arrived today from Bernardi Parts. I'm going to get the gas cap re-keyed to my ignition key before I put it on.

 

Hi all....noob here...been a lurker on this forum for a while and finally bought a 2011 Fit Sport Automatic in Orange Revolution Metallic....had 2 miles on the odo when I picked it up.....I'll have some pics soon....
The weird thing is the dealer wasn't worried about the inventory levels due to the Japan tragedy, but was worried about lack of parts......He had about 20 2011 Fits on the lot and more on the way later in the month.....
