Tiny Oil Bubbles

Yup, usually let it sit for a couple minutes before checking. When I check the oil cold, there are no air bubbles.
I've been reading online and I've seen that it could be due to either water getting into the oil or me overfilling the oil. The oil does reach the top of the dipstick when I check it, but I doubt I have overfilling issues. I have no clue on the water leaking, but that seems highly unlikely.
And again, some places say that it's perfectly normal...
