SS or Basic !!

so ima torn on which to get, the TEIN basic set-up or the suoer street set-up, any one had any experience in either?

I have the Tein Super Compact (almost identical to SS) and I have adjusted the dampening ONCE. I daily drive and it is on full soft. Love it. IMO, adjustment isn't really necessary unless you track your car occasionally, which I don't. =) Very compliant ride. I'd recommend either since they are matched spring/damper.

I used the SS in my Lexus. IMHO they are excellent for the money....zero finger gap and rides very very well. I never ran it at the lowest dampening level though, the ride got sloppy for me. I had the set for about 4 years and never had any issues with it. It didnt handle anywhere near as great as my old JIC coilovers, but those had fixed dampening. It would be nice if it came with pillar mounts though, but that will probably jack up the price.

i think this totally worth spending a little more for the dampening adjustments. Heck, wernt for the fact that I have to pay taxes this year I would consider picking up a set.

None. I would recommend Buddy Club or HKS.
