pipes sold to member!!!!! I just installed the axle back mugen exhaust and I was wondering will this pipe get louder over time. Meaning not so loud that someone says damn that's loud, but loud enough so you can hear it as you go through the gears, and say man that sounds sweet. If they don't what is the next item I need to change to achieve the sound I am looking for?

 

I've heard it gets a little louder, but is not a loud exhaust by any means.

 

Do you have any pictures of the exhaust installed on your car? I'd like to see how this looks on the GE8.

 

These are the options ill give you.
1. Sell it and go HKS,Apexi or Greddy
2. Install TR1 mid pipe to go along with
3. Install TR1 test pipe
4. Install TR1 or mugen header

Any one of these will give you what your looking for. Being that you just bought it 1 is probably out. So 2 is best option. 3 is great on stock mid pipe, but loud with tr1. Header add noise as well.

Best option for legality is the mid pipe from Tr1.

 

I hope this isn't a stupid question but what is a tr1 mid pipe and ware can you purchase it from and who makes it thanks

 

Go to AJracing.com they have the pipe. Get your checkbook ready. The mid pipe connects your stock cat to your axel back. TR1 is the maker, AJ racing sells it. Something like $450+shipping

This is the only mid pipe available for your GE. Unless you order from Buddy Club, and that is a WAIT.

 

Let's say if I were to sell my mugen axle back what would it be worth and which hks is the loudest

I'm interested in buying. Do you use paypal? Also is it the Mugen exhuast for the regular sport bumber and NOT the Mugen rear spoiler bumber?
