Hey im gonna order headers for my fit and i want to know how hard it is to install.

The GE's exhaust manifold is a single cast part with the head. I don't think they make headers for it.

So pretty much all you can order is a racing header which will remove the cats and not pass inspection.. That sounds like a PITA. Anyone do this that could provide a Dyno chart of gains?

annoying to install...

butt dyno is minimal. but looking @ the stock pipe, where the o2 sensor goes, is the size of a boba straw.

That's not a header, it's a cat delete pipe. Here's the head; the exhaust manifold is integrated. (source)
