Feedback on China built Fits?
Read this article for all your answers. I traded my 2009 base Fit for a 2012 LX here in Canada. Made in China. That's right... just like the iPhone. Solid as a rock. Got it in late February and I don't have a single complaint. Quieter than the 09 and no rattles like my 09 had.

My dealer is swearing up and down they are as good if not better built than the Japanese ones. He also points out that the Jazz in the UK and Europe, as well as Australia, comes from the same plant, and has for a few years with no complaints (or no more than any other source of Honda vehicles). But he's trying to sell me a car.....so.....
Why would they leave the windshield and back glass uncovered if they werent driven? And the gaps for headlights and to allow air to go into the grill? And why are there door panels? Do you think its a straight line from the factory door, onto rail cars or ships with no way to slow it down other than standing infront of it?

You go on with your delusional thoughts about a factory not completing a build for no real reason tho.

once checked in, all cars are inspected and prep'd for delivery or PDI'd (pre-delivery inspection). it wud be very difficult to push cars onto trailers, trains and containers. they are all driven, all specs checked, fuses installed, and all that good stuff. thats one reason all new cars sold have atleast a few miles on them. my 09 GE8 purchased in sept. of 08 had 8 miles on it and was never test driven by anyone but me. not even the salesman knew it was instock yet.
have to agree with u. all cars are driven, even if just a short distance before being sold. theres a reason u can see out the front windshield. the cars we recieved at the honda dealer i worked at all had the same white film covering them. thats only to protect the paint.
