New Honda Fit Sport - chaning tires/wheels dealer wants $280
It is all good but the service guys working at Yonkers Honda are idiots. They called me back an said the wheels had no TPMS sensors. I had to explain a couple of times and the guy said "I've never see anything like that".
It's along the same lines of getting your brake fluid changed when you change your brake pads.

In my area, they don't call them stealerships. Some of the issues I've seen is ignorance on the part of the customer (or the entitlement that often goes hand in hand with the ignornance). People expect something for nothing and then blame others when they don't get it. Some Dealers are shady, especially in the sales departments but the majority of service Departments I have Dealt with (in NJ, PA, & VT) have been very good. prices have been fair and sure, they've offered additional services but non have said I have to get them. That Said, i've also taken the time to educate myself and he dealerships I have frequented know this so they know to skip a lot of the "basic" questions. My current dealership even goes as far as NOT changing my Air filters or brake pads but making sure to note it on my bill if they think it needs to be done as they know I do that work myself.
Dealerships get bad press across the board because of blanket statements made which are often times not true.

This is new to me. Why do you have to have tpms reprogrammed?
