The noise comes from the rear shock being adjusted too long, whats happening is the shock is hyper extending past the spring travel range allowing the spring to "unload itself" and pop. What you can do is shorten the shock length with the coil collar on the shock (some lower end coil-overs don't allow this like Tein Basis because it has a fixed length etc) I'm not sure if the Buddy Club lets you adjust shock body length.

Also for some reason your springs look like its installed upside down, you can see that the spring seems to be scuffing the lower spring pocket. Did you make sure the rubber lower seat insulator is put back in? It looks missing.

Yeah, be sure the spring is seated properly against the lower rubber piece. You need to install the top one as well, all the noise issues I had disappeared once I put it back on.

That's what happens when you try to take on a pack of wild raccoon's by simply running them over. Shame on you Walfulz I thought you knew better than that. tisk tisk
