Well, now that you mention it I had the motorola "refrigerator" cell phone!

Follow up.

I found the memory stick - took all the plastic bolt cover off the two front seats.

Guess where it was. Under the rear inner cover on the driver's side. It's the one that is quite deep and forms a cup that goes over the end of the rail. No wonder I couldn't see the memory stick anywhere. It also matches up with the plastic rattling sound that I heard when it fell between the seats.

I'm just glad that I didn't have to take the seats off - but if I ever need to, I know what to do. The airbag cable was easy to find too, although again - I'm glad I didn't actually have to touch it.

Feel free to speculate over what was on the memory stick. I'm not telling!
