Electrical issue door locks

Any ideas what to check when the left turn signal is on and the right rear power door lock unit pulses?

I would check for a short in the wiring or a loose ground wire. Both circuits use, in part, power from fuse #16 according to the schematic I found online. However, those circuits indicate it should happen when you use any of your turn signals.

Are you hearing the door lock unit pulse from the door or from the footwell?
